Development of the Jet Thrust engines has continued as a follow on from the Helicopter Turbine System, and we now have engine packages coming on-stream in 2008... and also VFS (Vaporised Fuel Start) developed for the Helicopter System.

Other Scale Projects are now in Production... with such exciting projects as the 1/4 scale JetRanger and the Squirrel AS355, and New turbine heli airframe development for VARIO scale fuselages, using our proven and very reliable Turbine Airframe and Systems.

The New Turbine Airframe for the VARIO Chinook body took off for its first flight on 24 April 2006... video is now in 'Gallery Link' and photos and build info at Scale/Chinook Link. This is a development by ourselves for a long term customer. Available by Special Order once full flight testing is completed.

The production Carbon Fibre frame assemblies are currently being completed ready for flying...

POD&BOOM

Turbine NEMESIS Airframe and full conversion of the Robbe Cuatro. Although originally a conversion of the Cuatro we have now built this as a complete helicopter on its own... The improved flying package of the TT-Cuatro NEMESIS is also flown in Extreme 3D.

A Small Turbine System has been developed for a customer who requires one of his scale kits to be converted to take the New smaller turbine system that we are developing. Destined to be the smallest turbine powered system in a helicopter. Compare photo of New small exhaust with standard Nemesis exhaust. (ALSO... turbo-prop gear case in foreground)

More New Developments include the micro-heli gearbox to fit a 'pod & boom' version of the 'Small Turbine System'.

The Turbo-Prop Gearbox now has the production gear sets completed... with a demo fixed wing project under development.

TURBINE Assemblies are tried and tested and built by ourselves... We utilise reliable turbine and second-stage parts developed with our own casings and combustion chamber. Turbine castings and CNC components are manufactured to our design and specifications. Development, and manufacture, is controlled in-house.

GEARBOXES for Pod&Boom and Scale Turbine Conversions are manufactured by ourselves using tried and tested components and assemblies. We build and test the Turbine and Power-Stage with the Gearbox... It is then ready for fitting.

AIRFRAME Conversions are tried and tested and designed and manufactured by ourselves... with additional suppliers also supplying a range of Quality Components as specified by Ourselves.

Complete Helicopters with Built and Tested Turbine and Gearbox are available as realistically priced packages, and Jet Engines tested ready for installation are priced for 'grass rootes' flyers...
