Hi everyone,

I am new to this site and to the world of rc in general. I was given a boxed model of a Dragonfly 4 for Christmas, however I am having more than a few problems. Firstly, the instructions are loosely translated from Japanese and are not too clear! Model came with transmitter and tru-flite software to use with pc, however when transmitter is connected to pc via cable the software states that the transmitter could not be detected and closes down. And lastly, could anyone please advise me on which connections connect to which from the batteries to the motor to the rotors etc? I would really appreciate any help I could get as it was an unexpected present and one I would really love to get to use!
Many thanks for any help given

Chris

To post pictures you must have them hosted somewhere on the web
Have you a link to a supplier or manufacturer’s site?

If you cant find any e-mail them to me

Hi Alex,

The fotos in question for the heli can actually be viewed on ebay. If you got www.ebay.co.uk then use item number 5947568938, you should be ableto view some good pics of the items there.

Thanks

Chris

From the picture it looks like your battery connection is on the bottom of the control module, main rotor is top and the tail rotor is middle.

Yes thats correct, took heli to model shop in Paisley yesterday who tested it, and advised that I need a new receiver although he did not have one. Do you know where I would be able to get one or one that is compatible with this heli?
