Folks

Do you know of any good model shops in Scotland that stock heli models and gear?

There used to be one in Stirling - it moved - now it seems to be shut.

There used to be one at Kirrie - no more.

Just curious. Do most folk get components by mail order?

The shop in Stiring was called Model-Tec but after moving briefly to sauchie (near Alloa) it has now closed. Mail order is your best option it's usually cheaper even when you add the P&P. I have used Midland Helicopters and delivery was quick. Marionville models in Edinburgh stock some heli spares, mostly Kyosho I think, and I'm sure they sell the Raptor. They also sell general items like blades, plugs, trainer undercarriage,etc.
