If you would like to add pictures to your posts I recommend you go to http://photobucket.com/ and create an account.
Once you have your account (it takes less than 1 min) upload direct from your hard drive.
Now go to the picture you would like to post and you will see underneath three lines. URL,HTML and the one we are looking for IMG code. now just copy it and paste it directly into a post or Private Msgs and you now have a pic in your post like below.
The only thing I would ask Is use the online edit and resize you pics to Message Board 640X480
