Alex " EBAY " It came from America as I could not find one here . The seller was hiprohobbies and it only took 4 days to arrive . My first choice was a plettenburg but the cost was over £300 just for the motor the E-flite cost me £70 . The heli has not been of the ground yet but with the gov set to a head speed of 1700 the motor is only using 1.2 amps . So it should be fine .

Li-polys ----- two Flightpower 14.8v (4s2p)packs connected in series , the motor`s output is 400rev`s per volt so at 29.6v its spinning 11840 perfect for the 12 :77 ratio on the chinook .

CT, I'm thinking about one of these kits too, are there any concerns with the build, or did it go together as planned. I'll be going with IC, what are the suggested servo's for it, or what did you use?

Kev..

Pics look good, two things to remember when flying a tandem

Watch orientation. on some angles you have trouble seeing if its coming or going

when flying slow the front blades can take all the air from the back head causing a large pitch up, don't know if all the Hirobo electronics will stop this. I found out about this the hard way Crying or Very sad

What colour scheme are you going with?
