Any tips on a good gyro to fit to my bell 47 gasser . I had a futaba 601 fitted but realised this was a bit o.t.t. and have now fitted it to my x-cell. |

Hi there the futaba 401 is a good gyro with the 9254 but you may need to check the limit of the servo with such a big machine however if its up to it it would be a good choice
ps: are you going to cumbernauld next sunday
cheers |

Yes I hope to be at Cumbernauld with the Bell + another gasser (Bergen or X-cell ) , I think the 401 might still be a bit overkill for this model the 601 held the tail solid but with all its different functions was more suited to the X-cell or Bergen as might be the 401 . |

Maybe a gyroin non heading hold mode may be the answer or a csm gyro? |
