Hi Craig
I think it depends on what your familiar with, how advanced you are, what you want to get into, and what’s flying at your field. For me the raptor is the best if you’re pushing your flight envelope and may crash, the spare parts are by far the cheapest. If you want to get into scale then a raptor is not the best to fit into fuselages. As always you will get the most help from others if they have flown that model.

Hope this helps

Oh thats a hard one.

Like alex says its all down to what you intend doing and experience level.

Im lusting after a Joker2 from minicopter atm and concocting ways to sneak one past the wife.

As i have whole heartedly been bitten by the electric bug( I bought a T-Rex450X made by "align") to such a point i might just part company with my Sceadu Evo50 selling it might appease her a little but the fact that i need a new charger to handle large Li-Po's after her buying me a supernova for my xmas might just be a little problem.............

Regards

I bought myself the R50SE as a xmas pressy Smile Well an early xmas pressy.

Just waiting for some weather thats Heli Friendly to come along Wink

Whats your first Heli? As Alex says you might want to get something. Scale. I bought myself a Century Bell222 last year and it makes a nice change at the field on a warm summer day to fly a scale heli around. Smile
