Hi,
I too have an R30 which I want to put a Bell 222 fuse on with retracts. Where did you get the fuse kit from? What exhaust are you using on it and does it fit in the fuse ok? |

the fuselage was from century(midland helicopters)there is quite a bit of work to do to fit raptor in.main tool to use is a dremmel, with alot of different attachments. If you follow the airwolf project on www.raptortechnique.com and store pics to your computer.zoom in on pics and you will see exactly what to do. |

I see you've got the pre-painted one which is pretty pricey, think I'd be too scared of messing it up.
Looks like there's a lot of effort required in building it which put me off a bit...
How does the R30 perform with the extra weight of the fuse and retracts? what engine are you running? |

Hi Alex Ive only flown it with skids on and only flown it without skids in my driveway(all seems fine)think I think I should of put in a os37 instead of my os32 as its weight has doubled.going out this weekend with it ,if the weather stays ok.next project is a 50 size longranger |
