Hi

No, you shouldn't have fuel coming out of your exhaust - only if you overfill the tank before you start your engine.

It may be oil residue? That's ok and means your engine should be getting enough lubrication if it's an oily residue.

Is it happening when you are flying?

You may be running a bit on the rich side if its fuel.

Need more info

Sounds like you’re too rich on the idle needle; your glow plug is getting swamped with fuel, cools down and stops the mixture firing

The Pinch Test Idea
Get the engine warmed up and pinch the fuel line, start counting.
The engine will start to speed up then stop.
If this takes longer than a count of five you’re too rich on idle.
Screw in the needle and start over.

Less than a count of five you’re too lean so screw out needle.

Any where between five and seven counts is fine.
