i dont know the problem is not with the servos as ive changed them but they are always movig with out me touching the radio and if i walk away they stop i do notice if i touch the heli they also stop moving the movments are not slight it is very rapid movments

Is it like the same response if you switch on heli first(by mistake) then radio the sevos all go mental

if i switch on the heli first they dont move ,its when i switch on the radio it happens plus if i walk more than 10 feet away the servos dont respond to the radio commands

I would try another reciever or crystals first myself

would any futaba crystals do the ones which im using are 35.040mhz

yes so long as the one in the transmitter is the same as the one in heli
ie-35mhz channel 69 or whatever the number you have

Also bear in mind whether or not the recveiver is dual conversion. If it is you will need a rx dual conversion crystal (Orange tab if memory serves me correctly).

Check for a break in the RX areil (especially around about cable ties or sharp directions in ariel change)
