Looks like i am going to be busy over the summer! Shocked Have just bought my first Vario body to build. Am doing a Bell 412 in the RAF Defence Helicopter Flying School scheme (the a/c i did my first solo in) Very Happy using extreme mechanics, Rossi 11.5cc engine and a helitronix mixer for the 4 blade head. Am excited and nervous!! Confused Along with doing a FK Jet Ranger for my shuttle and a Bell 222 for my other shuttle it looks as if i may be limited in the number of time i get to venture out to the field! Sad Any tips/ help with any of my current projects would be greatly appreciated. Laughing

Any tips or info on Setting up a multi blade head would be useful Smile . I am going to be using 4 servo 90 degree ccpm with 2 csm 180 gyros and a helitronix mixer. Have heard some people say that using 4 servos may cause servo 'jitter', hence the reason some people go for using only 3 servos. Not sure if this is going to be a problem? Confused

The other problem i have had is with the shuttle in the jet ranger body. I have found that i couldn't get the top cowling on at all. i had to remove the wooden runners that were supplied and use a piece of 1/32 to mount the mechanics on instead. I also had to sand big cunks from the front top of the main frames. I then had to heat the body and cowl to get it to piece together. Even then it is a really tight fit, Cant understand why this has happened especially as the FK fuses are designed around the shuttle.? Confused I had a couple of other guys look at it and they couldn't figure it out either?
