how can i test my glow plug starter, should i feel heat coming from it, my heli will not start so i think my starter is u/s

Have you tried another glow plug in heli first,to eliminate the starter

Plug it onto a spare Glow plug (a new one preferably that you know will work)and see if it glows orange if the plug doesnt glow then your Plug charger needs some charging up Very Happy Very Happy

If you dont have a spare glow plug( you really should carry spare ones) remove the one from the engine check the coil is intact on it and attach your charger.........

my starter is brand new so it must be ,because the glow plug does not glow i take it it only takes a few seconds to glow

most people I know use a enya number 3
