Hi
Check out www.raptortechnique.com
That helped me a lot in setting up my rappy 90, and she flies really well now
My pitch curve is
Norm.: -4 . 5 . 9
ST1.: -6 . 4 . 9
ST2.: -9 . 0 . 9
Throttle curve
Norm.: 5% . 40% . 50% . 60% . 100%
ST1.: 60% . 40% . 50% . 60% . 100%
ST2.: 100% . 60% . 50% . 60% . 100%
Adjst the mid range in the throttle curve to you'r engine/head speed and you're well of. _________________ Raptor 90

I'm an early 30s beginner with too much time on my hands so all advice welcomed! Managed to hover for a few 10 second bursts yesterday whilst my mate nose dived into the grass, fortunately I had taken the post flying collection and carrying bag along (dust pan and brush and bin bag) so we got his home! Haven't laughed so much since Granny lost her teeth in the Christmas Punch!
Seriously though, anyone know where might have some spare wooden blades for a 30 V2 in stock as Revolution are still waiting for stock and I'm a little afraid of being more adventurous until I know I can get back in the air again! |

I would set you heli up 0, 6, 9 on pitch the 0 at the bottom end will stop you slamming the heli into the ground.
Amarang the Thunder Tiger Importer have just got a container in on Friday so supplies will be returning to normal.
Has your heli been checked over by a another flyer? _________________ Alex |

Getting on a lot better now so thanks for the tips!
Also found Midland Helicopters very helpful too. All I've got to do now is get my Feda Dragonfly to work as well and I'll get some wet weather practise in - shame I can't get it off the ground yet though. Any suggestions where to get some tips from appreciated.
Happy Christmas! |
